3. Coach Verification & Safety
Every coach listed on Trance for Mission undergoes a credential and identity review before approval. While we take reasonable steps to vet coaches, users should exercise their own judgment when sharing personal information and report any concerning behavior immediately.
4. Bookings & Payments
Session bookings are confirmed once a coach accepts your request. Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by coach; please review session details before confirming. Trance for Mission is not responsible for disputes arising outside the platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, solicitation outside the platform's booking system, and misrepresentation of credentials are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Trance for Mission facilitates connections between users and independent coaches. We are not liable for the advice, actions, or outcomes resulting from any coaching relationship formed through the platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
